Rates & Rules
RATES
- Storage rate $6.00/foot/month plus tax.
- Haul & Launch $6.00/foot round trip.
- If more than 2 straps are used, there is an additional $50.00
flat fee.
- Blocking fee is $30.00 flat fee.
- Pressure Wash $3.00/foot.
- Electric is $25.00/month plus tax. Electric inventory for
storage boats is done once a month and billed quarterly or you can
elect to have us bill you monthly.
- Non-storage, work area customers pay $20 every day the boat
is in the yard.

Supplies
|
Materials Need Not Be Purchased From Charlotte
Harbor Boat Storage.
Individuals Must Supply Their Own Ladders,
Extension Cords, Hoses, Tarps And Other Necessary Working Items.
Please, No Wooden Ladders Or Scaffolding Allowed.

Individuals That Need Access To Yard After Hours
Are Provided With A Key And Asked That You Lock The Gate At All
Times |
| Cleanliness |
We Pride Ourselves On The Clean Appearance And We
Expect All Customers To Do The Same. |
| Pets |
Pets Are Allowed As Long As Watched Over And
Picked Up After. |
| Stay Aboards |
Staying Aboard Is Allowed While Working On The
Boat As Long As Respect Is Paid To Others Working And The
Neighboring Community. Maximum stay is 3 months per calander
year. |
